A WIF investment can be opened with as little as $25.
You can request full or partial redemption (i.e., withdrawal) of your funds at any time with no fees or penalties. We process all requests for return of funds from your investment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly to your bank. This is a free service and funds will be available in your bank account by the next business day.
To access your investment information online you must first enroll for online access. To enroll, go to the WIF Homepage (www.wifonline.com) and click on “Enroll for Online Access” in the middle of the page. Complete the enrollment application and click on “Submit”. Within one business day of submitting your enrollment application, you will receive two separate emails – one with your User ID and the second, with a temporary password (PIN). Once you receive this information, go back to the WIF homepage, click on the green “Login” button at the top right of the page, type in the User ID emailed to you and hit “Continue.” On the next page, type in the temporary PIN emailed to you and hit “Sign In” to get access to your investment information online.
There are two ways to request a transfer. The first way to request a transfer is to send a secure email through the WIF Online Access. If you have not enrolled in Online Access, see the FAQ immediately above. If you have enrolled, login and select the “Contact” link at the top of the screen. Then select “New” and follow the prompts to create and submit your transfer request.
The second way to request a transfer is to call the WIF Office at 317-774-7300, M – F between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Eastern Time and speak with a customer service representative who can assist you.

Interest rates are re-assessed semi-annually on June 30 and December 31 each year.
Interest rates are determined primarily by market conditions as we strive to offer competitive rates.
Interest accrues daily and is compounded to your investment semi-annually. It processes with day end processing on June 30 and December 31 each year. Interest will be compounded back your investment, unless you request that it be paid out to you. If you request interest to be paid out to you, we will process this through Electronic Funds Transfer directly to your bank account. There are no fees for this service and funds will be in your bank account the next business day. We are not able to issue checks for interest payments.
Statements are sent out semi-annually on June 30 and December 31 each year. We also send an activity notice anytime there is activity (a deposit or withdrawal) on your investment.
Interest is accrued on your investment daily based on the balance of the investment that day. If you close your investment and withdraw all funds, the interest you have earned up to that point will be paid out to you.
We require address changes to be made in writing, there is a Change of Address form available here. You may fax this back to us at 317-774-7321 or mail it to us at PO Box 7250, Fishers, IN 46037.
We need to have a new investment agreement signed for this. Please call our office at 317-774-7300 or send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know what changes need to be made. We will then send a new Investment Agreement to you for signatures. For churches, we also ask that you send a new board resolution naming the new signatories.
Access to your investment passes to any surviving joint owner. If there are no surviving joint owners, the investment passes to the listed beneficiaries. If there are no surviving beneficiaries, your investment will be added to your estate. Contact us with any questions concerning this topic.
