There are two ways to request a transfer. The first way to request a transfer is to send a secure email through the WIF Online Access. If you have not enrolled in Online Access, see the FAQ immediately above. If you have enrolled, login and select the “Contact” link at the top of the screen. Then select “New” and follow the prompts to create and submit your transfer request.

The second way to request a transfer is to call the WIF Office at 317-774-7300, M – F between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Eastern Time and speak with a customer service representative who can assist you.

To access your account information online you must first enroll for online access. To enroll, go to the WIF Homepage and click on “Enroll for Online Access” in the middle of the page. Within one business day of submitting your enrollment application, you will receive two separate emails – one with your User ID and the second, with a temporary password (PIN). Once you receive this information, go back to the WIF Homepage, click on the green “Login” button at the top right of the page, type in the User ID emailed to you and hit “Continue.” On the next page, type in the temporary PIN emailed to you and hit “Sign In” to get access to your account information online.
