A savings account can be opened with as little as $25.

Our investment accounts are demand deposit savings accounts, therefore withdrawals can be made at any time with no fees or penalties. We process all requests for withdrawals from your account by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly to your bank. This is a free service and funds will be available in your bank account by the next business day.

To access your account information online you must first enroll in Online Account Access. To enroll, go to the WIF Homepage and select “Enroll” just below the “Secure Login” link. Complete the enrollment application and click on “Submit”. . Within one business day of submitting your enrollment application, you will receive two separate emails – one with your User ID and the second, with a temporary password (PIN). Once you receive this information, login to Online Account Access and follow the prompts to set up your account.

There are two ways to request a transfer. The first way to request a transfer is to send a secure email through the WIF Online Account Access. If you have not enrolled, click the “Enroll” link on the Homepage at www.wifonline.com and complete the enrollment application. If you have enrolled, login and select the “Contact” link at the top of the screen. Then select “New” and follow the prompts to create and submit your transfer request.

The second way to request a transfer is to call the WIF Office at 317-774-7300, M – F between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Eastern Time and speak with an account manager who can assist you.

WIF does not currently offer Certificates of Deposit, nor do we foresee offering this service. But, WIF savings and IRA accounts offer a competitive fixed interest rate for the times January 1 to June 30, and July 1 to December 31, respectively.

Interest rates are re-assessed semi-annually on June 30 and December 31 each year.

Interest rates are determined primarily by market conditions as we strive to offer competitive rates.

Interest accrues daily and is compounded to your account semi-annually. It processes with day end processing on June 30 and December 31 each year. Interest will be compounded back into your account, unless you request that it be paid out to you. If you request interest to be paid out to you, we will process this through Electronic Funds Transfer directly to your bank account. There are no fees for this service and funds will be in your bank account the next business day. We are not able to issue checks for interest payments.

Statements are sent out semi-annually on June 30 and December 31 each year. We also send an activity notice anytime there is activity (a deposit or withdrawal) on the account.

Interest is accrued on your account daily based on the balance in the account that day. If you close your account and withdraw all funds, the interest you have earned up to that point will be paid out to you.

We require address changes to be made in writing, there is a Change of Address form available here. You may fax this back to us at 317-774-7321 or mail it to us at PO Box 7250, Fishers, IN 46037.

We need to have a new investment agreement signed for this. Please call our office at 317-774-7300 or send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know what changes need to be made. We will then send a new Investment Agreement to you for signatures. For churches, we also ask that you send a new board resolution naming the new signatories.

Access to your account passes to any surviving joint owner. If there are no surviving joint owners, the account passes to the listed beneficiaries. If there are no surviving beneficiaries, your account will be added to your estate. Contact us with any questions concerning this topic.
